Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, request an estimate, or use a private project link, we collect the contact details, identifying part information, project requirements, messages, and files you choose to send. We also collect limited technical information needed to operate the website and prevent misuse.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your request, prepare and manage quotes, review designs when needed, produce agreed work, coordinate Winnipeg pickup, record payments, answer questions, and protect the service.
Unfinished forms in your browser
Contact and product requests can be saved in this browser tab for up to 24 hours so you can resume after a refresh or a visit to this privacy notice. You can choose Resume or Start over. Consent, bot verification, private access links, payment details, and file contents are not saved in these drafts. Drafts are cleared after a confirmed submission or when you discard them. Forms still work when browser storage is blocked.
Private projects and files
Your project records and uploaded files are not published. They are available only to Prairie Forge 3D and anyone you choose to share your private project link with.
Service providers
Specialized providers support website hosting, file storage, email delivery, and domain services. They receive only the information needed to provide those services.
Retention and deletion
Completed and cancelled projects are normally retained for 12 months unless an active order, payment record, misuse investigation, or legal obligation requires a different period. Temporary uploads and unfinished requests are kept for a shorter period.
Your choices
You may ask to correct your project information or request deletion. Some records may need to be kept for active work, payment reconciliation, or legal obligations. Project messages needed to complete active work cannot always be disabled.

Use the contact form for a privacy question or request. If you already have a project, use the private link sent for that project.
