Information you provide
When you request a quote or use a private project link, we collect the contact details, project requirements, messages, and files you choose to send. Basic security records may also record timestamps and limited request information used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your request, prepare and manage quotes, review designs when needed, produce agreed work, coordinate Winnipeg pickup, record payments, answer questions, and protect the service.
Private projects and files
Your project records and uploaded files are not published. Access is limited to Prairie Forge 3D and people using the private project link created for that request. File links expire instead of remaining permanently public.
Service providers
Specialized providers support website hosting, authentication, secure file storage, email delivery, and domain services. They receive only the information needed to provide those services.
Retention and deletion
Completed and cancelled projects are normally retained for 12 months unless an active order, payment record, security issue, or legal obligation requires a different period. Temporary uploads and unfinished requests expire sooner. Deleted project access is revoked before permanent removal.
Your choices
You may ask to correct your project information or request deletion. Some records may need to be kept for active work, payment reconciliation, security, or legal obligations. Project messages needed to complete active work cannot always be disabled.
Contact us about privacy
Use the project request form and begin the description with “Privacy question.” You can submit it without attaching files. If you already have a project, use the private link sent for that project.
