Requests and feasibility
Sending a request starts a review. It is not an acceptance, price, production commitment, or delivery promise. Prairie Forge 3D may decline work that cannot be completed responsibly with the available information, process, or materials.
Quotes and revisions
Only the current quote can be accepted. A revised quote replaces earlier versions. The accepted quote records the agreed work, price, deposit if required, terms, and any estimated completion date.
Design review and production
When a design proof is required, approval applies only to the version shown. Requested changes may affect price or timing. Production begins only after the required quote and design decisions are complete.
Payments
Payments are handled offline in Canadian dollars and recorded against the project. The website does not collect card information. Any deposit, balance, refund, or adjustment will be shown in the private project record.
Pickup
Public fulfillment is limited to Winnipeg pickup. The exact pickup location and eligible appointment windows are shared privately after confirmation. Shipping and digital-download fulfillment are not offered.
Customer-supplied designs
You must have permission to provide and reproduce submitted designs, files, marks, and reference material. You are responsible for explaining the intended environment and safety relevance. A printed component is not certified for an engineering, medical, protective, transportation, weapons, or other safety-critical use unless that conclusion is separately supported in writing by an appropriately qualified party.
Cancellation and records
Cancellation depends on the project’s current stage, work already completed, materials already acquired, and the accepted quote. Ending access to a project does not remove payment or other records that must be retained.
Questions
Use the project request form for a new request. Existing customers should use the private project link sent for their work.
